Could you be the full-time Operation lead, Record to Report in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

You'll provide leadership and organization of Record to Report operations across all integrated geographies, ensuring operational excellence and driving process standardization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (R&B controllers, project controllers, site/finance controllers), manage the Record to Report operations of the Global Finance Center (GFC), and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

You’ll specifically take care of developing, integrating, and transferring processes and teams from different regions to the GFC, but also drive the standardization of the Record to Report processes across Shared Services.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing Record to Report operations for specific regions in the most efficient and cost-effective way

  • Meeting and exceeding KPI and quality targets in operations

  • Leading the development, integration, and transfer of processes from regions to the GFC

  • Driving standardization of Record to Report processes

  • Identifying and driving continuous improvement efforts

  • Benchmarking operations with peers within the organization to enhance performance

  • Building and maintaining strong governance and rapport with regional stakeholders

  • Creating and developing a high-performing team with the necessary skills and expertise

  • Effectively managing team performance through clear objectives, timely feedback, and development plans

  • Contributing to strategic initiatives and special projects as required

  • CA / CA Inter or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Deep understanding of IFRS and IND-AS accounting standards

  • Intermediate skills in ERP systems

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Exposure to automations and RPA (Robotic Process Automation)

  • Strong understanding of internal controls and process modeling

  • Green Belt in Six Sigma (desirable)

  • Impactful communication and team management skills

  • Proven ability to manage time, delegate effectively, and resolve conflicts

  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on data-driven problem-solving
