Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a cutting-edge and collaborative field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and solution-driven teammates.
You'll make a significant impact by ensuring the seamless delivery of IT projects and demands across the organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (network, security, and strategic partners), plan and organize projects, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing project activities in alignment with Alstom's IS&T operating model, but also optimizing delivery models and ensuring compliance with our standards.
We’ll look to you for:

Planning and organizing project activities in accordance with standard IS&T processes

Optimizing delivery models to improve cost, quality, and efficiency

Leading demand and project management processes, including stakeholder engagement and status follow-up

Managing project scope, resources, and interdependencies
-
Identifying and mitigating risks, driving out barriers to success
-
Monitoring and reporting on project expenditures and service management activities
-
Ensuring compliance with business standards and facilitating satisfaction surveys

Providing support during troubleshooting sessions and assisting delivery teams in creating new service cards

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience or understanding of IT project management and demand management processes

Knowledge of network and security operations

Familiarity with IT service management tools and methodologies

A certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage risks effectively
