PURPOSE OF THE JOB

 

Applicable in the following environment: Project or Tender execution, Product or Solution development, Expertise enhancement and

sustainability.

Applicable for the following OCS specialties: flexible catenary or rigid catenary system

  • Performing the OCS basic and detailed engineering activities in the environment and specialties defined.
  • Responsible for the QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery) performance delivered to her/his scope of work.
  • Reporting of the design performance and of providing the Return of Experience to her/his scope of work.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Responsible for the basic engineering activities of the specialties defined General arrangements, layout rules, technical specifications, assemblies
  • Responsible to produce the detailed design of the specialties defined: technical drawings, installation drawings, bill of quantities (BOQ), etc.
  • In case of projects, responsible to produce As-built documents of the reporting.
  • For the OCS specialties defined, responsible for the coordination of the on the project, with the engineering team of other Sub-Systems (for bundle teams (earthing and bonding, EMC, etc.), with the field operations teams teams), with RAMS, and other project requirements that have to be taken

  • Graduate from Engineering school in mechanics &/or material science
  • Railway certification

  • Engineering background on the OCS, with a minimum of 3 years of
    experience
  • Products and solutions knowledge on different market segments (Tram, Metro, Mainline)
  • Engineering product development full lifecycle view
  • Mastering of 2D/3D software
