Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in network governance, data analysis, and operational excellence in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and dynamic team of professionals.

You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, driving process improvements, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. You’ll also publish reports, dashboards, and focus areas to senior management and other stakeholders.

You’ll specifically take care of identifying improvement opportunities, planning and executing enhancements, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, but also maintaining documentation and dashboards on platforms like SharePoint.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Analyzing operational data and producing actionable insights

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, automation, and optimization

  • Maintaining SLA reporting and publishing dashboards to stakeholders

  • Capturing and updating relevant documentation, dashboards, and status summaries

  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners

  • Assessing stakeholder performance and sharing recommendations for improvement

  • Driving end-to-end enhancements, from planning to execution

  • Ensuring compliance with ITSM processes and standards

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a relevant field

  • 7+ years of professional experience in network governance, operations, or a related area

  • Experience or understanding of network devices (routers, switches, access points, SD-WAN) and ITSM processes

  • Knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and finance management

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

  • A networking certification (e.g., CCNA) or ITIL certification is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Experience with tools like Power BI, Advanced Excel, and dashboard creation

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
