Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your robust engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll lead the Interior & CAB Domain activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality and customer acceptance within committed limits. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Sourcing, Industrialization, Manufacturing), coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to validate inputs for QCD targets, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining requirements and mechanical interfaces of equipment, but also monitoring the conformity of Mechanical Sub-Systems deliveries.
We’ll look to you for:

Planning and piloting Interior & CAB Domain activities

Ensuring deliverable quality and customer acceptance

Reporting on progress and alerting of potential issues

Coordinating with stakeholders to meet QCD targets

Designing products that meet project requirements

Producing and validating domain deliverables

Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 8+ years of exp

Experience or understanding of product design life cycle

Knowledge of railway products and RS commodities

Familiarity with DOORs tool and validation plans

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Structured, organised with a hands-on approach
-
Operational English proficiency in reading/writing and technical meetings
-
Knowledge of a foreign language (e.g., French, German) is favourable
