Could you be the full-time Local Operation Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in managing service requests and incidents within the Local Operations scope, ensuring seamless operations and resolving conflicts through active negotiation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with regional teams, onsite IT support service partners, and central IS&T teams managing Service NOW and other central services, while contributing to the development and implementation of global processes and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of monitoring SLA/KPI compliance and managing service requests and incidents, but also act as a subject matter expert for regional teams and ensure end-to-end effectiveness of processes.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Daily follow-up of SLA/KPI compliance as defined in service contracts

  • Defining, documenting, maintaining, and implementing incident and request fulfilment processes for Local Operations

  • Ensuring integration and alignment of processes with other resolver groups and Service Integrators

  • Driving process effectiveness and compliance with corporate standards and policies

  • Measuring and reporting on process performance

  • Communicating process steps effectively to stakeholders and running training programs

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and process improvements

  • Ensuring ownership and delivery of service requests by service providers

  • Managing operational business relationships with global strategic partners

  • Planning and delivering new component services based on service requests

  • Conducting operational performance reviews and supporting improvement plans

  • Advising internal stakeholders on operational matters

  • Monitoring component services delivery and ensuring sustainable resolutions

  • Contributing to knowledge management as a Local Operation representative

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of IT service management and support processes

  • Knowledge of incident and request fulfilment processes

  • Familiarity with SLA/KPI monitoring and reporting

  • A relevant ITIL certification

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
