Alstom group project management office is hiring a Learning Certification Support at global level.   In this role, you will Support global external certification program for project and bid community with yearly intake of new candidates.  The role is key to ensure a substantial growth per year of certified candidates and ensuring a qualitative certification process for all candidates globally.

You will be responsible to ensure deployment and candidate follow-up for a specific certification program with close follow-up of ~100 candidates. Coordinate various certification process activities according to defined macro planning.  Administer candidates throughout the full certification program.

• • Review candidates interested in certification program and apply screening selection for proper nominations
  • Review individual application submission dossiers for completeness and main certification criteria fulfillment
  • Update certification digital paths with activities to be performed, session dates etc. and user group management
  • Report on certification and candidate progress and monitor KPIs
  • Organize and coordinate in person interviews throughout internal exam centers in each region by liaising with regional talent management/local HR
  • Organize briefing sessions and workshops for each certification step
  • Ensure proper timeline of training deployment plan to accompany certification program
  • Apply continuous improvement initiatives to ensure qualitative and certification program follow-up
  • Provide efficient communication to candidates on results, next steps etc.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for all certification programs as per defined yearly PB Certification improvements for mid-term strategy contribution

Your profile:

• Business Master’s degree
• Previous demonstrated experience in communicating and managing highly experienced candidates
• Strong experience in Program management for large quantity of candidates

• Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment
• Advanced communication skills with candidates and all levels of the organization internally
• Multi-Tasking in project mode on multiple projects at once
