Could you be the full-time Learning Certification Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and operational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and growing the certification global strategy for our Bid & Project Management Community, making a tangible impact on Alstom’s talent development and recognition programs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Métier VPs, Suppliers, Regional Talent Managers, and external certification partners), define strategic initiatives, and oversee the coordination of multiple global certification programs.
You’ll specifically take care of managing a team to ensure the successful deployment of certification programs for ~500 active candidates, but also lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and scalability.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining and executing a growth strategy to triple the certified community by 2030

Developing new recognition programs, including global awards or internal assessments

Coordinating all certification programs and ensuring qualitative processes for candidates

Managing a team to guide and coach candidates through the full certification process

Overseeing certification budgets and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Promoting certification programs and ensuring alignment with regional HR networks

Leading continuous improvement initiatives for both internal and external certification programs

Business Master’s degree

At least 10 years of experience in global-scale program management for large candidate pools

Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy definition and roadmap creation

Strong expertise in managing experienced candidates in a corporate environment

Previous experience in global certification/training deployment programs with external providers

Proven ability to communicate effectively within international programs

Experience in cross-cultural team and people management
-
Advanced skills in communication, presentation, and project management tools

Budget management and conflict resolution capabilities

Familiarity with digital learning and communication tools such as MS SharePoint, Klaxoon, Bealink, Easymovie, and Komodal-Metaverse
