Alstom Group Tender and Project Office is hiring a Learning Certification Support at Global level. In this role, you will Support global external certification program for project and bid community with yearly intake of new candidates.
You will be responsible for:
- Support global external certification program for project and bid community with yearly intake of new candidates
Your profile:
- Business Master’s degree
- Previous demonstrated experience in communicating and managing highly experienced candidates
Strong experience in Program management for large quantity of candidates
- Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment
- Advanced communication skills with candidates and all levels of the organization internally
- Multi-Tasking in project mode on multiple projects at once
- Ability to challenge the status quo
- Critical Thinking / Problem solving
