Could you be the full-time **Lead Process Engineer** in **Bangalore** we’re looking for?

NY     Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your **process engineering** expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a **dedicated and innovative** team of professionals.

You'll **play a pivotal role in driving industrial excellence and supporting the delivery of world-class mobility solutions.** Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**such as Product Development, Production, and Quality Assurance**), **define and deploy industrialization standards and methodologies**, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of **managing and developing your team’s skills and ensuring the successful industrialization of projects**, but also **support production activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards**.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining and updating function procedures, ways of working, and methodologies, aligned with central PME guidelines

  • Ensuring team staffing aligns with project workloads

  • Building induction and training programs for newcomers

  • Maintaining the team’s skills matrix and developing annual training plans

  • Deploying industrialization standards, methodologies, and IS tools (e.g., PLM, ERP, MES)

  • Increasing the maturity of the team using the APSYS roadmap

  • Supporting product/project industrialization activities and ensuring deliverables are accurate and of high quality

  • Ensuring adherence to EHS, ergonomics, and special process requirements

  • Providing production support, including for first articles manufacturing and onsite/offshore activities


All about you

  • Technical education background

  • Fluency in English (read, written, spoken)

  • 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably in the railway, automobile, or aerospace industries

  • Technical expertise in process engineering, manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, and BOM creation

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for Bill of Materials, routings, and configuration follow-up

  • Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA)

  • Familiarity with quality standards, EHS, ergonomics, and process methodologies like Process FMEA, QRQC, and 8D

  • Strong leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills

  • A commitment to conscientiousness and delivering on promises
