Could you be the full-time **Industrialization Manager** in **India** we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your **process engineering and leadership** expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside **collaborative and innovative** teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful industrialization of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as production, engineering, and quality teams), **deploying industrialization standards and methodologies** and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of **defining and updating function procedures, way of working, and methodologies**, but also **supporting production by identifying specific method support needs and ensuring quality deliverables**.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining and updating function procedures, way of working, and methodologies according to central PME guidelines

Ensuring team staffing aligns with project requirements and forecasted workloads

Building induction and training programs for new team members
-
Maintaining a skills matrix and developing annual training plans
-
Deploying industrialization standards and methodologies, including Method Time, EHS, Ergonomics, Work Instructions, ICONE, P-FMEA, and Control Plans

Implementing IS tools for industrialization, such as PLM (DELMIA), ERP (GSI), and MES
-
Supporting product and project industrialization by guiding teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables

Ensuring compliance with ergonomics and EHS rules

Providing production support, including first article manufacturing and onsite/offshore assistance

Technical education background

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the railway, automotive, or aerospace industries

Technical expertise in process engineering, manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, lean manufacturing, and BOM creation

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for Bill of Materials, routings, and configuration follow-up
-
Knowledge of quality, EHS standards, and ergonomics
-
Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA)
-
Experience with methodologies such as Process FMEA, QRQC, and 8D problem-solving
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
