Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your **software design and development** expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside **collaborative, innovative, and driven** teammates.
You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering software solutions that make a tangible impact on our projects and customers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**Product Management, Software Architects, Hardware Designers, RAMS, and V&V teams**), contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of **elaborating software specifications and architecture** and **designing efficient software solutions**, but also **supporting integration activities and sustaining software throughout its lifecycle**.
We’ll look to you for:

Contributing to the elaboration of software specifications and architecture in collaboration with Product Management

Performing high-level software architecture and design
-
Setting up the software development toolchain
-
Preparing and performing software module tests and verifications prior to formal validation by the V&V team
-
Managing software work products under configuration management
-
Supporting software/hardware integration alongside hardware designers
-
Ensuring software sustainability and keeping up with technological advancements through continuous learning and innovation

Defining build and deployment/release designs for CI/CD pipelines and automating routine tasks

Contributing to standardization by reusing or implementing reusable solutions

Maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the software design lifecycle

Applying processes and standards to ensure quality and consistency

Driving continuous improvement through Return on Experience (RoE) and process enhancements

Managing requirements and ensuring traceability

Degree in BE/B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent

15 to 20 years of software design and development experience, including expertise in C#, .NET Core, and microservices architecture

Experience in design and deployment methodologies (e.g., V-cycle, SysML, requirement management)

Proficiency in API design and management, including RESTful principles, security (OAuth2, JWT, MTLS), and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including cluster architecture, security, and observability
-
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
-
Expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, and automation tools like Terraform
-
Familiarity with cloud-native design (Azure preferred), scalability, resilience, and cost optimization
-
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, influence, and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization

Innovative mindset with a track record of creating reusable solutions and reference libraries
-
Experience working with European customers is a plus but not mandatory
