Could you be the full-time Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) Engineer in Bangalore we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, collaborative, and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of LSA processes and deliverables, driving operational excellence across our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, sourcing, and ISR representatives), coordinate with suppliers, and contribute to achieving life cycle cost (LCC) performance commitments, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and implementing LSA management plans and producing LSA deliverables, but also ensure the continuous improvement of processes and best practices.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing the implementation of the LSA process to conduct LSA studies and provide contractual deliverables on projects

  • Leading the extended project LSA team for complex projects requiring large staffing

  • Identifying and monitoring workload forecasts for LSA activities and securing adequate staffing

  • Developing and synthesizing customer requirements in compliance with applicable reference libraries

  • Executing LSA studies and providing deliverables in line with the LSA management plan

  • Monitoring planning, cost, and quality of LSA content and reporting to stakeholders

  • Coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth interface management

  • Validating and continuously challenging supplier commitments to achieve LCC performance goals

  • Producing LSA KPI dashboards and ensuring compliance with life cycle cost commitments

  • Documenting lessons learned and updating reference libraries to drive continuous improvement

  • Engineering degree (University level) or equivalent qualification/experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering roles or work package management (Rolling Stock, D&IS, Systems, or Infrastructure)

  • Proven expertise in Logistics Support Analysis (LSA): Processes, Standards, and Tools

  • Strong knowledge of maintainability and supportability engineering

  • Experience in leading and managing LSA activities in projects

  • Proficiency in English (minimum working level)

  • Experience working in a multicultural and international environment

  • Project experience in Rolling Stock Maintenance or Signalling/Infrastructure Maintenance Engineering roles

  • Knowledge or hands-on experience in RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety)

  • Strong stakeholder communication and supplier/subcontractor management skills
