Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting and process management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and supportive teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as regional and global process teams), lead initiatives to improve process KPIs, and ensure efficient inter-company operations and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of standardizing inter-company processes, driving continuous improvement efforts, and resolving critical issues, but also act as a business partner to regions and contribute to strategic initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:

Acting as the process owner for inter-company operations

Driving initiatives to meet and exceed process KPIs and quality targets

Leading the development, integration, and transfer of processes

Standardizing inter-company processes
-
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement efforts
-
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance

12-15 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in team leadership or senior analyst roles in P2P/O2C/R2R

Deep understanding of accounting principles

Intermediate skills in ERP systems, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Exposure to automation and RPA technologies
-
Strong understanding of internal controls
-
Ability to build process models
-
Green Belt in Six Sigma (desirable)

Excellent communication and team management skills
-
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on continual improvement
