Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting and finance expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and supportive teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance within the organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as GFC, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Country/Region Treasury), collaborate with external partners (e.g., banks), and contribute to process improvements and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of executing responsibilities related to the Inter-company process for assigned countries, but also contribute to Order-to-Cash and reconciliation tasks.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Processing and validating inter-company documents, including invoices, credit notes, and payments

  • Managing supplier queries and related litigations

  • Creating and handling sales, credit, and debit orders

  • Monitoring bank statements and reconciling bank debits with payment files

  • Performing inter-company reconciliations and preparing accruals

  • Adhering to set processes, SOPs, and controls during task execution

  • Contributing to root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

  • Training new hires and participating in knowledge transfer during integration projects

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
