We’ll look to you for:

  • Processing 2-way, 3-way, and exception invoices

  • Managing credit notes, recoveries, and adjustments

  • Reconciling bank debits with payment files

  • Creating and managing sales, credit, and debit orders

  • Handling inter-company reconciliation and reporting

  • Ensuring adherence to process controls and SOPs

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Experience or understanding of inter-company processes and accounting operations

  • Knowledge of invoice processing and reconciliation

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (desirable)

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

  • Strong team-playing and communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments with a proactive attitude
