Your future role

You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of Mainline and Urban (M&U) Signaling Installation Engineering (IE) activities, contributing to transformative projects like Mumbai L7/L9. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering teams, BIM team, Core Team, Project Operations Team), liaise with external partners (vendors, suppliers, contractors), and ensure compliance with EHS policies, local regulations, and professional standards.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing and executing IE activities such as drawings, documentation, specifications, and work method statements, but also support field teams and conduct site surveys during preparation and execution phases.
We’ll look to you for:

Preparing and executing IE activities for bids and projects

Ensuring deliverables meet project execution requirements
-
Supporting field teams in understanding and reviewing deliverables

Reviewing civil interface drawings and providing signaling equipment requirements

Preparing installation material specifications and Bill of Quantities (BoQ)

Supporting the preparation of field quality dossiers for handover
-
Preparing as-built documentation and ensuring conformity with as-installed configurations
-
Coordinating with BIM Coordinators and Modelers for common IE studies

Contributing to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Engineer degree level or equivalent education or experience

4+ years of experience in AutoCAD activities

Proficiency in English language

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
