Could you be the full-time Industrial Costing Manager in Bengaluru we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving competitiveness and efficiency in our industrial processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across engineering, project management, supply chain, and industrial quality to establish robust industrial costing models, provide cost insights for decision-making, and contribute to the development of new products and processes.
You’ll specifically take care of industrial cost estimations, including fixed industrialization costs, variable production costs, and supply chain costs, but also support strategic initiatives such as footprint optimization and process standardization.
We’ll look to you for:

Performing industrial costing for new products, processes, and technologies

Supporting tender phases by defining Make-or-Buy assumptions and PIO strategies

Standardizing industrial costing processes and automating tender procedures

Collaborating on the development of reference libraries and sustaining cost standards

Contributing to the formulation of industrial strategies and competitiveness improvements

Coordinating with platform teams to align strategies and optimize costs

Technical education
-
10 to 12 years of experience in Process & Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in the railway industry

Technical expertise in process engineering, line balancing, and lean manufacturing

Knowledge of time management and costing

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for Bill of Materials and Routings
-
Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA)

Strong communication skills and a logical, organized approach to work
