Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your IT operations expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and solution-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in supporting IT operations and managing project platforms in a LAB environment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (ATS Leaders, Integration Leaders, Solution Architects, and Platform Users), ensure seamless coordination with end users and vendors, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll specifically take care of platform setup, virtualization, and network configuration, but also support hardware specifications and ensure 24x7 system availability.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Creating and supporting auto deployment processes for preconfigured OS images for specific hardware

  • Managing OS administration, security, and performance for Windows and Linux environments

  • Setting up hardware platforms, virtualization, clustering VMs, and OS license management

  • Supporting hardware specification and catalog selection for servers, workstations, and network devices

  • Providing end-user support for software installation on virtual or physical platforms

  • Creating and supporting network plans, including switch and routing configurations

  • Collaborating with site installation teams for network configuration and troubleshooting

  • Applying and ensuring compliance with processes and standards

  • Monitoring technology evolution and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensuring 24x7 systems availability and managing obsolescence for active/passive devices


All about you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Communications, or Instrumentation Engineering

  • ITIL certification is preferred

  • CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred

  • Experience in OS administration (Windows/Linux), security, performance, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)

  • Knowledge of network administration, IP addressing plans, firewall configurations, and switch/router setup

  • Experience with OS deployment tools and scripting for automated computer setups

  • Understanding of hardware and BIOS, including computer performance (CPU, memory, etc.)

  • 5+ years of experience as an administrator in a multi-OS environment with 500+ nodes

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

  • Experience with network/system management tools, asset tracking, and license management

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to take on responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and handle dynamic work assignments autonomously

  • Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed
