Could you be the full-time IT Project Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between Alstom and its vendors, ensuring the seamless planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across IT Operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as IT Operations, ServiceNow development teams, and other Business Units), monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and governance frameworks, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of project coordination and stakeholder management, but also support change management and communication plans for project rollouts.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

  • Tracking project progress, timelines, and budgets using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow)

  • Analyzing project data and generating reports to support decision-making and performance tracking

  • Identifying risks and issues, and assisting in developing mitigation strategies

  • Facilitating meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology

  • ITIL certification(s) (advantageous)

  • At least 6 years of experience in IT, preferably in areas like project management

  • Hands-on experience with end-user related technologies/domains (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and practices

  • Relevant experience in managing ITIL processes and frameworks

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and general management skills

  • Fluency in English and the ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment

  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams

  • Adaptability to change, including shifting and competing priorities

  • Strong customer, quality, cost, and delivery focus
