PURPOSE OF THE JOB
As part of the ISC (Industrial Services Center) Methods & Process department, you are in charge of Method / Process Intergation activities related to both core model enhancement / adoption as well as supporting deployment for new mobilisation.The role is located in Bangalore.
 
ISC is in charge of supporting the Services Region’s by providing services activities for maintenance and ALM tenders and projects.

- Internal : SER Ops PL & ISR team & Projects  from every region’s WW , BPO, rBPE & IST                                                    
- External : Suppliers
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  
Master data set-up for new or on-going projects
- Complete master data for a project or an activity of a project
- Perform quality check & upload for projects (Functional Location / Equipment for Configuration management, Task List for Planning & Work Execution, Maintenance Plan & Material Master).
- Perform E2E testing & training in GSI / SES.
Deployment & Adoption of Core Model (Maintenance)
- Provide deployment support to core model evolutions (UAT, Training documentation,…) 
- Support to standard deployment (process adoption, change management, process / tools explanation,…)
- global adoption (Produce KPIs / reporting on usage monitoring & glass case,…)
- Apply process and tools as defined by the PL, 
- Identify improvement on processes and tools to better integrate the end to end 
Support on ALM Processes / Tools
- Based on Modernization project scope, review & define the best GSI set-up (process / tools) for project execution (i.e. engineering / industrialization / SC / execution). 
- Support data flow creation taken into account the specificities of the different models.
Customer relation
- Ensure strong stakeholder management – with Services development, project engineering, tenders, operations, rBPE / BPO etc to ensure good visibility on team’s execution and adapt as applicable time to time
- Provide up to date information to internal and external customers,
- Ensure real time customer support and forward-facing defects are efficiently managed.
 
KPI’s :
- Deliverables QCD (RFT, Cost and OTIF), Adherence to delivery plan
- Quality of delivrables
- Recognition from projects & Region’s
 
 
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements 
Mandatory: 
§  Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 
 
Experience 
Mandatory: 
§  Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial engineering
§  Implementation of ERP system
§  Strong focus on Master data & End-to-end processes,
 
Desirable:
 
§  ALM and Maintenance activities
§  Experience of working in a Service depot or Production environment.
§  Integrated service readiness
§  Knowledge and understanding of customers,
 
Competencies & Skills  
§  IT processes and tools appetite in particular MMIS, ERP,...
§  Entrepreneurial mindset

§  Good communication, report writing and organisational skills.
