Could you be the full-time Industrialization Data Engineer (Master Data Specialist) in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data management and process optimization expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful setup and maintenance of master data for new and ongoing projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, operations, and project management), perform quality checks, support end-to-end testing and training, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of master data setup (Functional Location/Equipment, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and Material Master), but also contribute to deployment and adoption of core models and support ALM processes and tools.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Completing master data for projects or specific activities within a project
  • Performing quality checks and data uploads
  • Conducting end-to-end testing and delivering training in GSI/SES
  • Providing deployment support for core model evolutions, including UAT and training documentation
  • Supporting process adoption, change management, and tools explanation for standard deployments
  • Producing KPIs and reports for global adoption and usage monitoring
  • Reviewing and defining the best GSI setup for project execution based on modernization project scope
  • Ensuring strong stakeholder management and real-time customer support
  • Delivering high-quality outputs aligned with QCD (Right First Time, Cost, and On-Time In-Full) expectations

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Data Management
  • 5 years experience or understanding of master data management and quality assurance processes
  • Knowledge of GSI/SES tools and ALM processes
  • Familiarity with process adoption, change management, and reporting
  • A certification in data management or project management
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions
