PURPOSE OF THE JOB |
As part of the ISC (Industrial Services Center) Methods & Process department, you are in charge of CBoM activities related to both process / tools deployment as well as supporting the project on run CBoM on a monthly basis for new mobilisarion.The role is located in Bangalore. |
ISC is in charge of supporting the Services Region’s by providing services activities for maintenance and ALM tenders and projects. |

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES |
CBoM Set-up phase |
- Overall presentation including purpose & roles / responsibilities |
- As-is / to-be gap analysis & lead action tracker |
- Support with data preparation |
- Coordinate input data with all stakeholders |
CBoM Implementation phase |
- Run CBoM calculation |
- Perform quality checks, |
- Analyze the results to provide first recommandations |
- Liaise with project & follow action plan |
- Support Change Management activities when required |
- Identify improvement on processes and tools to better integrate the end to end |
Customer relation |
- Ensure strong stakeholder management – with Services development, project engineering, tenders, operations, rBPE / BPO etc to ensure good visibility on team’s execution and adapt as applicable time to time |
- Provide up to date information to internal and external customers, |
- Ensure real time project support and forward-facing defects are efficiently managed. |

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES |
Educational Requirements |
Mandatory: |
§ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering or equivalent. |
Experience |
Mandatory: |
§ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial engineering |
§ Implementation of ERP system |
§ Strong focus on Master data & End-to-end processes, |
Desirable: |
§ ALM and Maintenance activities |
§ Experience of working in a Service depot or Production environment. |
§ Integrated service readiness |
§ Knowledge and understanding of customers, |
§ CBoM implementation on 1 project |
