Could you be the full-time ISC - C-BOM Data Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your data analysis and process optimization expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and driven teammates.
You'll play a key role in supporting the implementation and management of Configuration Bill of Materials (CBoM) activities, ensuring seamless integration of end-to-end processes and tools. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Services Operations Product Line, Projects from regions worldwide, BPO, rBPE, and IST), perform quality checks, and analyze results to provide actionable recommendations, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating input data with stakeholders and running CBoM calculations, but also support change management activities and identify process improvements.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading the CBoM setup phase, including conducting gap analysis and managing action trackers

Supporting data preparation and coordinating input with all stakeholders

Running CBoM calculations and performing quality checks

Analyzing results and providing first-level recommendations

Collaborating with project teams to follow action plans and address challenges
-
Ensuring strong stakeholder management and effective communication with internal and external customers
-
Identifying and implementing improvements on processes and tools for better integration

Providing real-time project support and addressing forward-facing defects efficiently

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)

Experience with implementing ERP systems

Strong focus on master data and end-to-end processes

Understanding of ALM and maintenance activities (desirable)

Experience working in a service depot or production environment (desirable)

Knowledge of CBoM implementation on projects (desirable)
-
Proficiency in IT processes and tools, particularly MMIS and ERP systems
-
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong team spirit

Excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills

Fluency in English
