Could you be the full-time ISC (Industrial Services Center) Industrial Expertise Leader in Bangalore we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical or industrial engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll drive the activities of Industrial expertise at the ISC, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality outputs and support to depot operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (SER Ops PL, ISR team, Projects & Tenders), monitor and optimize resources, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of developing team capabilities in line with organizational strategy, implementing KPIs for performance monitoring, and ensuring REX capitalization is internalized into operations. Additionally, you'll focus on employee engagement, development, and retention.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Hiring, developing, and deploying resources strategically

  • Optimizing resources to meet workload plans and organizational growth

  • Anticipating workforce adaptations and developing competencies

  • Driving collaboration and continuous improvement within the team

  • Implementing and refining processes to achieve objectives

  • Building strong customer relationships and managing stakeholder expectations


All about you

  • Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering

  • Experience in manufacturing or engineering in the railway or heavy engineering industry

  • Minimum of 12 years of technical experience in Process Engineering

  • Familiarity with managing teams and global stakeholders

  • A master’s degree in a relevant field is desirable

  • Knowledge of ALM, maintenance activities, and integrated service readiness

  • Understanding of customer needs and service depot or production environments
