IS&T Change Management Leader 

Based: Bangalore, India 



Reporting to the Head of IT4IT & Transformation, you will play an important role in defining the change management strategy related to IS&T activities and projects, and then be in charge of building and executing the validated strategy.



  • Build and execute the change management plan to boost the image of the IS&T towards the Alstom population in collaboration with the IS&T Management and the operational teams
  • Ensure strong cooperation & coordination with the Central & Local Communication teams for all communication campaigns, in line with the Alstom communication strategy and guidelines
  • Define and implement the change management actions related to the IS&T transformation, including the adoption of all new tools and solutions that will be provided to Alstom users
  • Ensure IS&T teams have the proper tools and guidelines to communicate efficiently internally and towards the Alstom population
  • Ensure the development of a change management culture within the IS&T community (in particular teams facing the Métiers & Régions and Project Managers)
  • Develop and set up communication mechanisms towards the IS&T community to ensure a good visibility and understanding of all teams on IS&T activities and projects
  • Support IS&T managers to reinforce collaboration and sharing amongst IS&T teams through development of Chatter, the Alstom social network, SharePoint and all other collaborative tools
  • Build and deliver the reporting of change management actions to the relevant actors; identify potential blocking points and highlight to the Transformation Office Manager  
  • Act as a change management counselor to the IS&T Management team 



  • Understand the new IS&T organisation and challenges of operational teams
  • Understand the IS&T strategy and how it articulates with Alstom business
  • Collaborate actively with the IS&T Management team and operational teamsCollaborate actively with central and local communication teams
  • Establish and gain credibility within the IS&T organization
  • Contribute to put in place a culture of transparency through collaboration and sharing



To be considered for this role, candidate needs to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:    

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, management or marketing is required. An advanced degree is preferred
  • You have a strong experience (min 7 years) in developing and implementing change management or marketing strategies for international companies
  • You demonstrate excellent presentation, interpersonal and organization skills. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity
  • You have excellent writing / editing and verbal communication skills and capacity to adapt these to international context and global, multicultural reach
  • You are at ease with communication tools such as end-user surveys, mass mailing, newsletter,…
  • You are user centric and have a good understanding of user experience
  • You have a highly collaborative style with strong ability to work with different stakeholders
  • You are able to formalize and present a synthetic view on complex issues and concepts
  • You are an expert in Office 365 environment, especially in SharePoint, as well as in Windows 10 and Office Pro + pack
  • Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international and matrix environment
