Job Summary

The HRIS Expert is part of the HR Organisation, supporting the HR Business to design, implement and adopt global HR solutions. The role reports to the HRIS Manager, and works in close collaboration with the HRIS team, HR Business process owners, IS&T teams to implement the digital HR roadmap.

In particular, this position will be focusing on HR Operations tools, such as payroll, time and attendance, HR case management and employee self-service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical expertise on HRIS projects, such as system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and data migrations
  • Analyse business requirements, design solutions, configure and test HRIS applications, and document processes and procedures
  • Ensure data integrity across HRIS systems and databases
  • Provide key-user support, training, and 3rd-level troubleshooting for HRIS issues and queries.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, IT, and external vendors to deliver HRIS solutions that meet the needs of the organisation
  • Monitor and evaluate HRIS trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend improvements and innovations

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, coupled with a post graduate qualification, Masters preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in HRIS administration, configuration, and support, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors or similar cloud-based HRIS platforms
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and data, such as employee lifecycle, organisational management, compensation and benefits, performance management, and reporting and analytics
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to evaluate and specify business requirements and translate them into technical changes
  • Experience in implementation of a global HRIS / Case management / Payroll / Time and Attendance system
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience in Project Management tools are a plus
