Could you be the full-time HR Solutions Technical Specialist – SAP SuccessFactors in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in HR solutions to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing integrations for HR systems, contributing directly to Alstom’s digital transformation journey. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Enterprise Data Integration, Digital Platforms Managers, Solution Architects), align strategies with partner teams, and oversee the operational excellence of our integration platforms.
You’ll specifically take care of integration design and delivery for SAP SuccessFactors, but also engage in incident management and maintain technical documentation.
We’ll look to you for:

Understanding business and functional requirements for HR system integrations.

Conducting pre-study analysis and proof-of-concepts for integration patterns.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize integration platforms.

Serving as a liaison between Project Managers, Operation Managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation.

Monitoring integrations, proactively resolving issues, and managing incidents.
-
Maintaining design specifications and ensuring compliance with architectural standards.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, its APIs, and integration techniques.

Proficiency in Boomi or similar middleware technologies.

Strong understanding of enterprise integration, APIs, and service-oriented architecture.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Proven track record in managing end-to-end integration projects.

Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or Boomi is a plus.
