Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your HR leadership and strategic expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a critical role in enabling the continued growth and transformation of the GCC by shaping and strengthening its people and culture foundations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Sub Business Leaders, Department Leaders, Alstom HR Network, and Expertise in HR Centers), implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of fostering a culture of leadership, accountability, and employee care by equipping line managers with the necessary human-relations competencies, but also support the organization in building high-performing teams through effective performance management, capability development, and succession planning.
We’ll look to you for:

Providing strategic HR partnership to business leaders and implementing organization development and capability solutions.

Ensuring compliance with policies, rules, and corporate HR strategies.

Leading recruitment, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.

Implementing Alstom’s performance management system and conducting annual people reviews.

Driving employee engagement, retention programs, and wellness initiatives.

Developing and implementing training programs to address competency gaps and enhance leadership capabilities.

Ensuring timely reward, recognition, and career progression aligned with business needs.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain a positive organizational culture and encourage internal mobility.

Acting as a trusted advisor for employees on HR matters, conflict resolution, and inclusion.

MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.

10+ years of HR experience in a similar industry or environment.

Generalist HR management experience covering all areas of HR practice.

Deep understanding of shared services, technology, and support function dynamics.

Exposure to global HR practices, cross-cultural environments, and matrixed reporting structures.

Strong organizational, communication, and influencing skills with a business-focused mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Intercultural awareness and ability to handle conflict or crucial conversations effectively.
