  • Providing support to the team for project execution

  • Promoting Alstom values and motivating your team

  • Coaching, evaluating, and developing your team in cooperation with HR

  • Deploying ADM processes, methods, and tools within the Project Engineering team

  • Collecting feedback and lessons learned to enhance the Reference Library and share outcomes at the department level

  • Estimating and validating activities for tenders and projects

  • Managing workload and capacity alignment, including subcontracting and business strategies

  • Ensuring compliance with project Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Communication)

  • 10+ years of experience in railway signalling projects

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
