Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of high-criticality projects and ensuring their overall performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Contract Managers, Finance Tender Managers, and other expert functions), contribute to negotiation processes, and provide financial analysis and guidance to improve project outcomes.

You’ll specifically take care of supervising financial performance and compliance while optimizing financial strategies, but also support the coaching and development of junior Finance Project Managers to build future talent.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Participating in overall Project Management processes jointly with the Project Manager

  • Optimizing financial aspects of the project, including organization, tax, hedging, and financing

  • Providing financial advice and tutoring to the project team

  • Ensuring compliance with finance rules during project review preparation and execution

  • Monitoring project financial performance and proposing action plans for improvement

  • Identifying risks and opportunities and signing off on contingencies or committed savings

  • Supporting negotiation processes to secure project success

  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations, tax structures, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

  • Managing and analyzing costs, revenue, and profitability

  • Preparing timely and accurate forecasts for sales, costs, margins, and cash flow

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of project finance management

  • Knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management

  • Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and compliance processes

  • A recognized finance or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and effectively partner with diverse teams

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Utilise our inclusive and flexible working environment
