Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial planning and analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and ensuring financial alignment across our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Treasury, Tax, Accounting & Consolidation, and Investor Relations), streamline financial processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing actual financial results, forecasts, and variance analyses, but also contribute to the preparation and presentation of monthly business reviews and annual budget exercises.
We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring all financial data is collected, processed, and analyzed in a timely manner

Proposing and improving actual and forecasting/budgeting financial processes and planning
-
Maintaining and enhancing financial analytical reporting systems
-
Simplifying and standardizing financial reports
-
Preparing relevant analyses and reports during financial closing times
-
Identifying opportunities for cost optimization, margin improvements, and KPI evolution
-
Establishing strong and robust processes for data availability, consolidation, and analytics
-
Collaborating with Cluster/Region Finance Analysts and Site/Project controllers to ensure alignment with Group strategy
-
Proposing and leading initiatives for change and innovation

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience

Excellent skills in MS Excel, Power BI, and automation tools

Understanding of accounting principles and IFRS

Experience in financial planning and analysis, reporting, or controlling

Ability to manage multiple complex analytical tasks simultaneously

Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude

Curiosity and a drive for continuous learning and development

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, collaborate, and communicate effectively

Resilience and the ability to work under pressure

Experience working in an international environment
