Could you be the full-time GFC FP&A Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial planning and analysis expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside a skilled, dedicated, and diverse team of professionals.

You'll play a critical role in overseeing the financial performance of the country/site and driving continuous improvement in financial processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Managers, Operations Finance, and Procurement), provide actionable financial insights, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial compliance and efficiency, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of preparing and analyzing financial reports, tracking expenses, and managing audits, but also contribute to streamlining reporting processes and supporting strategic decision-making.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Providing reliable, accurate, and timely reporting data for both Site and HQ teams

  • Validating and signing off on all lines in the P&L for a site before workday 5

  • Conducting variance analysis of site KPIs (e.g., Sales, Cash, Working Capital, Overdue, Backlog)

  • Participating in Monthly Business Reviews, including site review meetings and critical finance project reviews

  • Managing cash reconciliation and forecasting, ensuring smooth cash flow and accurate projections

  • Analyzing forex exposure, hedge bookings, and P&L FX impact

  • Tracking and closing relevant internal and external audit issues for the site

  • Supporting users as a Key User and maintaining financial data accuracy in tools like Polaris and Teranga

  • Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (CA / CMA) or CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA in Finance with relevant experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect and resolve issues

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Fluency in English

  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, listen, and build consensus

  • A curious mindset and a drive to continuously learn and improve

  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a matrix/multi-cultural environment

  • Experience in long-term project accounting is a plus
