Could you be the full-time FP&A Analyst in our Global Finance Centre, Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your detailed financial analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and insightful teammates.
You'll contribute to the economic and financial management of the company, ensuring that risks and opportunities are managed to optimize project financial targets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project / Site Controllers, Accounting Team, Work Package Owners), maintain cost controllership and transparency in stakeholder management, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of consolidating cost inputs, organizing stakeholder coordination, and challenging estimates to maximize project margins, but also perform month-end reconciliations for projects under your scope.
We’ll look to you for:

Assuring the financial management of company procedures

Ensuring the accuracy of actual costs and estimates to complete

Supporting variance analysis and monthly review queries

Complying with the process from PO to Invoice to Payment
-
Reviewing and analyzing balance sheet items linked to projects
-
Managing hedging exposure for cash-in / cash-out as applicable

Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (CA / CMA), or MBA Finance/ CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) with relevant experience

3-5 years of experience in Project Controlling / Costing / FP&A

Excellent MS Excel skills

Working knowledge of SAP in FI and MM modules
-
A certification in finance or accounting would be advantageous
-
Proactive communication and the ability to establish rapport with stakeholders

Analytical mindset with attention to detail
