ALM Deployment Leader

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • ALM Deployment Leader is official referent at the Site to deploy and operate projects and programs with ALM
  • The ALM Deployment Leader is responsible for adaptation to ALM according to Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) business guidance
  • The ALM Deployment Leader contributes to the ALM project by ensuring the implementation and testing of the ALM solution
  • Work together with the ALM Project Core team and works as the interface towards Information System & Technology (IS&T) regarding the needs of business
  • Support to the Site Program/Projects where the ALM is deployed.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  

 

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Drive the deployment of the ALM IBM to existing programs/ projects following the deployment schedule
  • Organise  reviews of the processes of the project/ program under the ALM deployment (mapping to ALM, analyse the data)
  • Support for troubleshooting/root cause identification in all phases of the project under deployment to ALM
  • Coordinate closely with verification and validation activities, support integration, tests, and validation phases
  • Provide/Support trainings for Key User and End User
  • Capture Return of Experience and formalise feedback to Core ALM Team
  • Provide a plan for mapping to ALM
  • Ensure the coherence of all individual tools within the ALM solution
  • Promote the knowledge of ALM on Site
  • Ensure that provided solution, template fulfils the project business needs.    

 

 

 

 MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements 

Mandatory:

  • Graduated from engineering school

 

Desirable:

 

Experience 

Mandatory:

  • Good knowledge of ALM, at least 2 years’ experience
  • Experienced within the Jazz Platform (at least one tool)
  • Knowledge of configuration management, requirement management, verification, and validation processes

Desirable:

  • Architectural design of ALM
  • Experience from train transport sector
