Could you be the full-time ALM Deployment Leader in our Engineering, Project and Quality/Digital Transformation & Tools department we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and ALM expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, supportive, and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll drive the deployment of the ALM IBM to existing programs/projects, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with process owners, authors, and project teams (among others), coordinate closely with verification and validation activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of organizing reviews of project processes under ALM deployment, providing training for key users and end-users, but also capturing and formalizing feedback to the Core ALM Team.
We’ll look to you for:

Driving deployment schedules and process mapping for ALM

Supporting troubleshooting and root cause identification in project phases

Coordinating verification, integration, tests, and validation phases

Delivering comprehensive training and support

Capturing and sharing Return of Experience with the Core ALM Team

Ensuring the ALM solution meets project business needs

Degree in engineering

Experience or understanding of ALM, with at least 2 years of experience

Knowledge of Jazz Platform tools

Familiarity with configuration management, requirement management, and verification/validation processes

A mindset geared towards continuous learning and adaptability

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Customer care orientation and the ability to autonomously manage tasks from inception to completion
