Could you be the full-time opportunity in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) of our projects by managing and optimizing product structures and engineering data. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as CDS/TDS sites and partner offshore centers), ensure compliance with site specifications, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of replicating and recreating product structures in 3DX as per reference CAD product structures, but also ensure the final outputs meet all required standards and specifications.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Interfacing with key stakeholders from CDS/TDS sites

  • Managing QCD for workloads shared with partner offshore centers

  • Replicating/recreating product structures in 3DX as per reference CAD product structures

  • Ensuring the final output (3D, CAD, 2D drawings, engineering data, and documents) meets site specifications

  • Restructuring the E-BOM as required and ensuring it matches legacy CAD data

  • Uploading all relevant documents, attributes, standards, industry-related data, and more

  • Restructuring/re-creating manufacturing drawings with all required details and updating title blocks

  • Generating and validating 2D and 3D outputs in compliance with QCD commitments, métier rules, and processes

  • Verifying the consistency of digital mock-ups versus legacy data

  • Ensuring engineering documents and deliverables are attached in the product structure

  • Applying product baseline and configuration as required

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of CAD tools and 3D modeling software

  • Knowledge of product structure management and engineering documentation

  • Familiarity with E-BOM restructuring and digital mock-up validation

  • A certification in 3DX or CAD software is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with diverse teams
