Your future role

You'll be accountable for the delivery of Electrical Harness Integration outputs, ensuring compliance with our Engineering Quality Cost and Delivery commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Design, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance), deploy and apply project Train Design development procedures, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of designing and routing electrical harnesses using CATIA V5, but also manage the mounting of electrical equipment and the creation of 2D drawings for parts and assemblies.
We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring the delivery of Electrical Harness Integration outputs

Contributing to the physical train architecture design

Routing electrical harnesses and designing cable trays/ducts

Managing the mounting of electrical equipment and design of jumper cables

Supporting the industrialization process during manufacturing ramp-up

Organizing and leading work package reviews

Monitoring, controlling, and consolidating your work package

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

5+yrs Experience or understanding of electrical systems integration

Knowledge of CATIA V5 and electrical design tools

Familiarity with EMC standards and best practices

A certification in project management or similar would be beneficial

Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software
-
Strong organizational and leadership skills
