Could you be the full-time ESS (Energy Storage System) Domain Leader in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in energy storage systems in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead the charge in designing traction and auxiliary energy storage systems, integrating advanced chemistry cell technologies into railway applications. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, manufacturing), manage resources, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing world-class green energy storage solutions, but also fostering a continuous improvement mindset within your team.
We’ll look to you for:
- Managing domain level resource plans and forecasting future resource requirements
- Owning and managing risks, issues, and dependencies at domain level
- Providing effective communication channels for knowledge transfer
- Developing and maintaining the roadmap for energy storage solutions
- Driving research and development in advanced cell chemistry and battery management
- Coaching, mentoring, and guiding your team through project execution
- Managing Shared Engineering Centre (SEC) operations across projects

- ME/MTech degree in electrical/electronic/automotive or chemistry applied to batteries
- Experience or understanding of energy storage system design and development
- Knowledge of Lithium-Ion chemistry and train systems
- Familiarity with domain modelling tools and product life cycle management tools
- A project management certification (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- An innovative spirit and a passion for green energy solutions
