Could you be the full-time Component Sub System Manager (Energy Storage Systems) in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical, power electronic, or automotive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates.

You'll lead the charge in developing next-generation energy storage solutions that are both efficient and sustainable. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain), manage stakeholder activities, and much more.

 

You’ll specifically take care of cascading and allocating ESS requirements, but also coordinating the test plan and customer acceptance process.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining and applying the ESS Sub-system Management Plan
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and processes
  • Leading and coordinating component activities and stakeholders
  • Planning, monitoring, controlling, and managing ESS activities
  • Managing ESS situation and reporting with transparency
  • Coordinating with other component and sub-system teams

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical, power electronic, or automotive engineering
  • Experience or understanding of managing operational scopes within multi-national and diverse business cultures with 12 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of energy storage systems and Li-ion batteries
  • Familiarity with project management processes and industrial development cycles
  • A leadership mindset, capable of driving teams to reach QCD targets
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and efficient decision-making abilities
  • Fluency in English for effective internal and external communications
