INFORMATION SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGY:

Alstom IS&T is a corporate organization composed of 5 pillars. That position is located under the Business Solutions pillar, in charge of global architecture of Alstom IT solutions, as well as deploying, and maintaining it. Within Business Solutions, the ERP Program Director oversees the ERP solution tower, where central ERP solutions lifecycle is managed, including its applicative landscape such as manufacturing execution system, and supplier collaborations solutions. The ERP Core Team is divided in 6 streams: Accounting, Controlling, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations and Quality. You will report to the Continuous Improvement Manager under his organization. Continuous Improvement team is in charge to define and managed ERP processes (Change management, Training documentation...). This position is based in Bangalore. You will join an international team and collaborate actively with many different stakeholders (Key Users, Regional Process Experts, Business Process Owners, solutions experts from all IS&T towers, support teams, data and development factory). English language in a multicultural environment is a must.

 

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

OVERALL:

The Training Administrator’s role is to manage and control training documentation for Alstom ERP core model including its satellite non-ERP solutions e.g: 3DS Delmia Apriso, Ariba. We are looking for an SAP training administrator to join our team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Training Administrator, you are in charge on your functional scope to:

  • Define the training documentation platform.
  • Review training material delivered by ERP Core Team.
  • Use your expertise to classify, store and align training material with solution process map.
  • Assemble training material into training courses.
  • Impose rigorous review processes to ensure training documents are updated in a timely manner (based on Change Request process).
  • Define ongoing training strategy.
  • Work alongside ERP rollout team to deliver training to Key Users.
  • Continuously improve our training methodology and documentation.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

You are an action-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a self-starter and result-oriented person. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are a must because you will need to work autonomously in a worldwide & multicultural environment. You should be agile to handle multiple tasks efficiently, keeping the big picture, and effectively delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

 

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in managing & delivering SAP training.
  • Knowledge in SAP UI (SAP Gui, SAP Fiori...) or 3DS Delmia Apriso.
  • Knowledge with Office 365 application (including PowerPoint and SharePoint).
  • Documentation management knowledge.
  • Language skills: English is a must both spoken and written.
  • Graduated with a relevant degree, you have more than 5 years of experience in training.
