Could you be the full-time Domain Leader – Network & Connectivity in Bengaluru we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a critical role in leading a team involved in a variety of programs and projects, ensuring quality outcomes and repeatable performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the ADM Engineering Community, Sourcing, and Method & Tools Community), mentor and develop team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives – and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining domain competences, coaching your team to become world-class engineering experts, but also defining and governing your group’s strategy with key stakeholders.
We’ll look to you for:

Agreeing and implementing department guidelines, including team profiles, skills growth plans, and discipline evolution

Setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, and establishing deadlines
-
Mentoring and fostering competency development in network and connectivity
-
Driving performance cycles (DR, GR, SPQD) and supporting project/program execution

Promoting Alstom values and preparing management reviews
-
Developing golden rules for effective workshare by métier
-
Deploying ADM processes, methods, and tools, while providing feedback for process reviews

Estimating and validating activities quotations for tenders and projects
-
Managing workload and capacity adequacy, including subcontracting and business strategies

Encouraging innovation and collecting feedback to enhance practices and the Reference Library
