Could you be the full-time Domain Leader - Train Control Subsystem in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and strategic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.
You'll spearhead the integration of Train Control Subsystem solutions into our projects, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Engineering Managers, Sub-system Managers, Train Control Engineers, and Suppliers), expertly managing third-party risks, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of analyzing project security needs, managing Train Control subsystem deployment, and supporting technical design meetings. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of Train Control solutions into projects.
We’ll look to you for:
- Global workload management of your team
- Experience in subsystem integration
- Application of standard processes and tools
- Supplier interactions for the integration of subsystems
- Management of Return of Experience (REX) between projects
- Cost, quality, and delivery (QCD) oversight of Train Control
- Resource allocation for Project Engineering work packages
- Performance evaluation and objective setting for your team
- Contributing to Train Control Metier initiatives

- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 15 plus years Experience or understanding of Train Control, Automation, or Automotive sectors
- Knowledge of product/project lifecycle management tools
- Familiarity with domain modeling tools
- A Project Management certification
- Fluency in English
- Strong leadership and team management skills
