Digital Services Operation Manager

Reporting to the IS&T D&IS Software Engineering Solutions, you will ensure compliance of solutions deployed and overall Core Model operations in production. You will be responsible for support of a large portfolio of applications in Software Engineering solutions. Work with partner ecosystem, business and IS&T stakeholders.

Main responsabilities

• Lead and manage run operations for portfolio of Software Engineering applications
• Managing partner ecosystem for effective service delivery
• Responsible for support Core Model consistency
• Responsible for run cost management of solutions, KPIs and continuous improvement
• Support Software Engineering solution roll-out, ensuring that Core Model is applied
• Monitor partners: SLA, quality and efficiency
• Monitor product licenses and user forecast
• Provide run expertise to the sites already deployed
• Participate and provide inputs to rest of the IS (Information Systems) teams (Architects / Project Managers) to maintain consistency for respective functional domains
• Lead transition to run during projects

Educational Requirements

• Graduated from an engineering degree, preferably in information technology 

Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in solution architecture on various roles (business / functional architecture / core model definition, solution deployment)

Competencies & Skills Describe the needed skills (technical & behavioral)

• Solid knowledge on business processes (development, configuration, build and release management)
• ITIL certification required
• Worked for global companies either as a service provider or as a customer, ideally both roles
• General knowledge on IT infrastructure systems: server, database, network and storage
• Strong knowledge in supporting home-made applications
• Deep knowledge on run activities for compliance with quality & service agreements
• Good communication, efficiency and ability to execute. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity
• Very strong leadership and are business value oriented
• Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom
