JOPurpose of the job:

  • Assess digital demands in term of business value and technical feasibility
  • For some complex demands, play role of Proxy Product Owner

Main responsabilities

 

Demand Management

  • Being SPOC for a given scope, in charge of identifying and collecting digital demands
  • Assess demands in terms of business requirements and business value
  • Liaise with different stakeholders to define feasibility, solutioning, delivery plan and core roadmap alignment
  • Prepare and submit demands into appropriate governance board
  • Continuous improvement in demand management process, KPI tracking
  • Participate to promotion of digital platforms toward our internal clients

 

Proxy Product Owner

  • Ensures key business decisions, required business support/administration and mobilizations needed for application Build, Deploy and Run are in place
  • Responsible for defining application backlog, and prioritize to accelerate business value outcome
  • Responsible for developing Ready User Stories (DoR) before Sprint
  • Prepare and present release demonstration to end users
  • Update user manuals
  • Improve and check the Done and Ready with Scrum Master
  • Participation in Quality Gate A/ B/ C/
  • Responsible for communication to business user communities
  • Monitor and provides feedback from users

 

Educational requirements

  • Graduated from high school in IT or technology
  • English written/spoken

 

Experience

 

  • Min 3 years of work experience
  • Business analysis, business case creation
  • Agile delivery

  • Very good communication and relationship skills: many interconnections with various profiles. Key role of coordination between business and IT delivery teams
