Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in industrialization, program management, and leadership to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving global complex programs, ensuring seamless execution while fostering innovation and teamwork. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (engineering, operations, and finance), oversee risk management and change control processes, and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and implementing best practices for software development, ensuring scalability and reliability, but also fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Driving industrialization and managing global complex programs.

Providing proven leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional communication.

Managing S&OP and budgets to optimize financial performance.

Overseeing risk management, change control, and variation orders.

Driving program execution in line with QCD and Alstom processes.

Performance management, hiring, and team development.

Building and leading multi-functional teams while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Maintaining compliance with ethics, safety, and quality standards.

Acting as the primary representative of the department to senior management and external stakeholders.

Engineering Degree or Master’s Degree (mandatory).

Proven experience in multinational environments and diverse business cultures.
-
15 to 20 years of successful experience in a leadership role, within industries such as Railway Signalling, Industrial Automation, or Aerospace.

At least 5 years of experience in the Railway Signalling industry.
-
Significant experience in handling global programs.
-
Experience in managing and developing teams.
-
Knowledge of Railway Signalling and CBTC Systems for Urban Solutions (desirable).

Good understanding of digital technologies and industry trends.
-
Familiarity with industry protocols (e.g., OPC UA, EULYNX, NEUPRO).

Experience deploying industry-standard tools like ALM and CoPilot.
-
Understanding of Safety Processes (e.g., Non-SIL, SIL2, SIL4).

Knowledge of embedded technologies and HW/SW integrations.

Proficiency in automation using the latest technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence).

Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
