Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your software engineering solutions expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and solution-driven teammates.
You'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our existing DOORS solutions while helping internal projects adopt DOORS Next. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as requirements engineering, project management, and IT support), develop and enhance tool functionalities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing application security vulnerabilities and building best practices for development activities, but also contribute to tower roadmaps and lead technical proof of concepts (POCs).
We’ll look to you for:

Owning and managing requirements databases in IBM DOORS Classic and DOORS Next Generation

Setting up, configuring, and maintaining project structures, attributes, views, and traceability links

Supporting teams in authoring, structuring, reviewing, and baselining requirements
-
Developing, debugging, and enhancing DXL scripts to automate DOORS operations
-
Designing, configuring, and maintaining RPE templates for automated document generation
-
Optimizing RPE templates for performance, reusability, and standardization
-
Assisting in migration tasks (DOORS Classic → DOORS Next), including mapping, transformation rules, and data validation

Defining and enforcing requirements governance and best practices

Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology
-
Total of 8+ years of experience, including more than 5 years of experience in DOORS, DNG, and RPE
-
Expertise in DXL scripting
-
Proven experience developing and maintaining RPE templates
-
Familiarity with requirements modelling and traceability concepts
-
Ability to troubleshoot toolchain issues
-
Knowledge of JavaScript-based extensions for DOORS Next
-
Experience with tool migration or large-scale project onboarding
-
Understanding of Configuration Management (streams, baselines, variants)

Experience working with global companies, either as a service provider or customer (ideally both)

General knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, including Azure, virtualization, servers, databases, networks, and storage

Good communication skills, efficiency, and ability to execute with a result-oriented mindset

Fluency in English and the ability to work autonomously in an international environment
