OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: 
          MSS Engineer – Will be responsible for the deriving the specification and architecture for a typical Maintenance server application which will interface to different sub system – ATC, IXL, ATS and DCS systems. Using industry standard protocols, hardware and software.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Key performance Indicators
• Respect of ALSTOM rules, values (AIR) and process
• Reporting is accurate and on time
• QCD is as per WP commitment

 
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Should be 5 years and above of experience preferred
• Must have hands on experience in application deployment
• Should have Supported/managed 2-3 projects simultaneously
• preferred skill set(Application Deployment, Networking, Troubleshooting, Cyber features knowledge, System Integration, Linux and SQL Server deployment on AWS/VM or on physical servers)
• Should be able to prepare the Requirement specifications, architecture, interface and other Guides as per the project requirements
• Manage system documents based on project templates
• Good Knowledge in Ubuntu and shell scripting
• Basic knowledge on interface Protocols like SNMP, Webservices, OPC UA, TCP/IP etc.
• Working level experience in Kubernetes, Docker VMware configuration, EXSI Server config and switch configuration.
• Good analytical skills for understanding client specification relate to products/process and should have produced system architecture
• Should be flexible in working hours and should provide support to site team for deployment and troubleshooting the issues.
• Prior experience in conducting training to the customer, perform test to ensure the quality of the delivered product and generate reports
• Should be able to work independently on projects and willing to travel, manage customer and project stake holder expectation for DMS solutions.

 
EDUCATION:

•   Bachelor’s in engineering / Engineer. In Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer science

       Language Skills: English and any National language.
       IT Skills: Microsoft office, EXSi, SQL
       Job Location: Bangalore. 
      Travel: 10-20% travel.
