You’ll specifically take care of tasks like deploying IT applications such as Active Directory, WSUS, Antivirus solutions, Syslog, Radius, and Zabbix, but also supporting testing activities and providing technical support for issues and incident responses.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting the evaluation and selection of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products based on project needs

  • Demonstrating strong working knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Windows OS

  • Executing security engineering tasks, including deploying and configuring IT applications

  • Providing technical support for customer queries and incident response

  • Collaborating with core engineering functions to ensure a unified and secure system design

  • Interfacing with Alstom’s global cybersecurity technical team to integrate new evolutions and improvements

  • An engineering degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

  • Experience or understanding of IT and security, ideally with 5 to 8 years in the field

  • Familiarity with security protocols (e.g., Radius, VPN, IPsec, SSH) and operating systems like Windows and Linux

  • A strong foundation in documentation, reporting, and presentation skills

  • Understanding of networking and network design (advantageous)

  • Experience with embedded or industrial systems (railway, aeronautics, etc.) is a plus
