Purpose of the Job

Design and Maintain Cybersecurity Platform (CSP) Program for international railway projects.

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES?

Key accountabilities:

The Cybersecurity platform (CSP) is a hub of centralized security functions and services, running in a virtualized environment, for urban mass transit train transportation systems.

We need an experienced IT system Architect (Linux Expert) who can work in the R&D Program, at system level, to lead design of the CSP services and support specification and development of different IT modules.

The following activities will be a part of the job responsibilities.

• Derive the specifications of the IT modules within the CSP services, as per customer needs, in collaboration with IT engineers.
• Lead the application selection, architecture, design, configuration, interface and integration activities, at system level, of the IT services in the CSP platform, in collaboration with IT engineers, as per defined roadmap
• Adapt the IT services within the CSP platform to the requirements of project stakeholders (project-specific constraints, local regulations, imposed standards)
• Document requirement specifications, architecture, implementation guides, standard operating procedures, etc.
• Interface with users of IT services on projects to ensure compliance to needs.
• Support penetration testing campaigns for activities which involve the CSP.
• Review test and validation procedures for developed modules.
• Contribute to the training of project stakeholders towards implementation.
• Provide expert support to projects in case of issues in configuration, build and deployment of relevant modules.
• Support to tendering activties related to CSP services.

WHAT DO I NEED TO QUALIFY FOR THIS JOB?

University/ Engineer in degree level

Skills required

• Technical Background with 8+ years of experience in solution design and deployment role mainly based on Linux.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in an IT/OT environment with design, configuration, and implementation of Linux as below,
• Hands-on experience in scripting/Automation (Shell or Ansible or Python ) (mandatory)
• Linux (RedHat) Setup / Update / Admin / package mgt, hardware for high availability, OS and file systems management, OS firewall. (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Antivirus (Trellix), Syslog, Radius, NTP, and Linux patching. (mandatory)
• Experience with SIEM and ELK (Desirable)
• Understanding of IAC (Infrastructure as Code) scripting and automation. (Desirable)
• Experience with PKI and CRL for Certificate Management. (Desirable)
• Experience in virtualization concepts and technologies (e.g Vmware, HyperV, Citrix, etc) (Desirable)
• Experience in Requirement mgt, Configuration mgt, GITLab (for internal change mgt)  (Desirable)
• Strong documentation (written) and presentation (verbal) skills. MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (across geographic locations worldwide)
• Dynamic, autonomous. Creativity and ability to work in a complex environment
