Could you be the full-time Information Cybersecurity Governance Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in information security management and governance in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the coordination, communication, and supporting cybersecurity‑related changes across the organization, ensuring that new tools, processes, and awareness initiatives are effectively implemented and adopted. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business—including Cybersecurity, Internal Communications, HR Learning, IT, and SecOps—to coordinate cybersecurity‑related changes, deliver communication plans, manage awareness initiatives, execute phishing campaigns, and support organisation‑wide adoption of new cybersecurity tools and practices.
We’ll look to you for:

Contributing to continuous improvement of cybersecurity communication and awareness processes.
- Coordinating and delivering cybersecurity‑related communications
- Managing, reviewing, and enhancing the cybersecurity training portfolio
- Planning, executing, and monitoring phishing simulation campaigns
- Organizing and driving year‑round cybersecurity awareness activities
- Leading the coordination and execution of the annual Cybersecurity Awareness Week
- Tracking and monitoring cybersecurity training completion for all employee

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.

2 to 5 years of IT experience, particularly in information security ,change management , governance.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt technical messages for diverse audience so collaborate effectively across teams and build partnerships in a diverse

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, accessible messaging for diverse global audiences.

Proven capability in planning, coordinating, and managing cross‑functional initiatives, including training programs, phishing campaigns, or communication rollouts.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.

Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and managing projects/communications & trainings with diverse teams.
-
Experience with European regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR and NIS2 is a plus.

Experience in developing or reviewing security guidelines, awareness content, and best‑practice materials.
